Britt has collaborated with curators from the Cairo Museum (Egypt) for the 2018 debut of the King Tut: Treasures of the Golden Pharaoh exhibition tour at the California Science Center. Britt managed the visitors services staff and served as a resident expert on the exhibition and general Egyptology, conducting VIP exhibition tours and community lectures throughout its run. Britt also has experience conducting exhibit condition reporting and specialized exhibit research using methods such as focus groups and visitor surveys, in addition to visitor services management. 

In 2020 Britt was laid off after having devoted herself for many years to her museum career. After rallying co-workers, friends, and family to join her in a peaceful protest of the killing of George Floyd by Minneapolis police, inspiring colleagues to recognize, call out, and commit to efforts to dismantle organizational bias, Britt soon found herself out of job. Though devastated and partly surprised by the irony, Britt powered through and began to align with professionals across the country who were equally dedicated to kicking down the doors of bias and intolerance, especially in the museum world. 

In 2021, Britt proudly partnered with four professionals, mutually dedicated to DEIA, to establish Agate Creatives where she contributed her talents as a museum professional to help the team create non-traditional museum adjacent experiences surrounding anti-racism and social justice for over 3 years. 

As a museum professional committed to creating experiences surrounding cultural inclusivity, equity, and building unity through antiracism and social justice, Britt remains more devoted than ever to aligning with museums and community based organizations who share such values and are committed to creating experiences that foster growth and social progress through arts and education.
